Entertaining for one go through.

Really just too simple. Entertaining in concept, but there were only maybe 5 different facets to the game: blades, batteries, races, speed, and health. After the first race I felt like I was just in for more of the same.

Definitely a good first flash game. No doubt about that.
And put some music and the main title screen.

Maxwelldoggums responds:

Yeah, sorry... you kind of are. I was focusing on simplicity when I began writing it.

Good -- for a flash game.

Not being able to deselect is just annoying. By this, I mean the vast number of times where I think I'm going to need a road spike and end up not using it, only to have my cursor stuck as a road spike. Thankfully I never accidentally placed one.

Also, many towers seem to glitch while attacking. Even though it's rare, it's still annoying when a bomb flies but never lands the big hit that you needed, or when the 8 way dart thing just hits two or three balloons instead of the bigger promises.

Just not acceptable if it's actually going to take some strategy. Fun overall, though.

Great job not

Putting down other races is so cool. Why don't you wise up.

The game was nifty though. I liked it.

something

Not amazingly entertaining. I was very intrigued with how you were going to challenge me with this type of game. The real challenge was: knowing the one rule you gave me was to be broken, and for no reason.

Too short, no mute, breaking your own rule for something that was less than clever. Yet I still enjoyed it. Could have been better in many simple ways.

hahaha

That was actually really fucking funny.

You bet it was lolol

Plain. Uninspired.

My epic score: 61628

This game was really repetitive. VERY few things you could do, a useless skill "ability" that was only used for lockpicking? You didn't really explain anything. Explaining things would be nice. A tutorial possibly.

And there were only 3 different enemies. 4 if you count the same model with different colors. Those plus the final boss.

And what was the point of fighting clones? It didn't accomplish anything except further grinding, but you didn't need to grind anymore since there was NOTHING LEFT TO DO except go to the castle and win.

Lucky for you, I don't mind grinding in a game. That kinda saved you.

So I'd say: actually have a storyline, have characters to interact with, MORE SKILLS AND WEAPONS, and a tutorial.

I like the idea a lot.

I think maybe you could have made it so killing them took a little more strategy. But I think the overall concept is funny and cool. Possibly make it so the out of energy and out of health are different endings. Kinda lame that I listened to the intro of Bleeding Mascara that many times just for the same ending.

And for all of you emo-bashers out there... There are whiny emo kids who want all sorts of attention and that's why they cut themselves where everyone will notice. Those kids are stupid as shit. But there are the honest ones who don't crave the attention... the ones who probably have real reasons to be depressed. And then there are scene kids who dress like emo kids because they think it looks cool. And I don't see the problem with that considered a lot of people thinking wearing a billboard for a shirt (Hollister, A&F, etc) is cool. At least they try something interesting. Well, some of them. So don't go hating on every "emo" kid you see. You're the one with a problem if you judge them before you know them.
